New items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days. New items for return or exchange must be unused and accompanied by its original packaging + receipt. Items that are damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
Easily contaminated items including but not limited to: tents, dry racks, moisture packs, custom cut hydroponics/aquaponics irrigation line, etc. cannot be returned once removed from the store. Please check with a store associate if you are unsure if your item is returnable.
If a new product is defective out of the box or still under manufacturer's warranty, CoMo Grow Supply will take care of the RMA process with the product distributor within 14 days of purchase. If the items have a manufacturer's warranty past the 14 day window, RMA will be the customer's responsibility. ALL warranty items must be accompanied with an original purchase receipt or be attached to a store account in order to honor manufacturer's warranty/exchange.
USED or OPEN BOX items are non-refundable; exchanges and store credit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
ONLINE ORDERS--Eligible items, according to above terms, will be refunded (issued in store credit) for the cost of the returned items minus associated return shipping & service fees (Including but not limited to--15% restock fee + any service fees for payment processing + shipping fees).
LIVE PLANT SALES-- Each plant is carefully hand packaged with plenty of protective padding. Our plants are well taken care of and guaranteed healthy at time of shipment.
CoMo Grow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipping. Once your plant leaves our care, it is in the care of the selected shipping company. Please ensure your shipping method includes insurance before selecting a shipping speed.
Express shipping is available at checkout and is HIGHLY recommended.
CoMo Grow is not responsible for any damage to the plant due to extended shipping time. Heating packs are available and recommended for shipping during winter months.
Returns on live plants are not accepted; exchanges, and store credit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Special Order Policy
Special orders must be picked up within 1 week (7 days) of product arrival. If the order is not picked up within the week, customer may be subject to a storage fee. Please discuss with a representative if you are not able to pick your items up in time.
CoMo Grow Supply is not responsible for exchanging damaged or broken special order items if order is not picked up and examined within the week pick-up window.
