New items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days. New items for return or exchange must be unused and accompanied by its original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
Easily contaminated items such as tents, dry racks, moisture packs, custom cut hydroponics/aquaponics irrigation line, etc. cannot be returned once removed from the store. Please check with a store associate if you are unsure if your item is returnable.
If the product is defective out of the box or still under manufacturer's warranty, CoMo Grow Supply will take care of the RMA process with the product distributor within 14 days of purchase. If the items have a manufacturer's warranty past the 14 day window, RMA will be the customer's responsibility. ALL warranty items must be accompanied with a purchase receipt or be attached to a store account in order to honor manufacturer's warranty/exchange.
USED or OPEN BOX items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 7 days. If a used or open box replacement product is no longer available, customer is responsible to pay the difference between the new and used/open box item.
Special Order Policy
Special orders must be picked up within 1 week (7 days) of product arrival. If the order is not picked up within the week, customer may be subject to a storage fee. Please discuss with a representative if you are not able to pick your items up in time.
CoMo Grow Supply is not responsible for exchanging damaged or broken special order items if order is not picked up and examined within the week pick-up window.
