New items may be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 14 days. Returns or exchanges not covered by manufacturer's warranty must be unused and/or unopened. Items that are damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
If the product is defective out of the box or still under manufacturer's warranty, CoMo Grow Supply will take care of the RMA process with the product distributor. ALL warranty items must be accompanied with a purchase receipt or be attached to a store account in order to honor manufacturer's warranty/exchange.
Special Order Policy
Special orders must be picked up within 1 week (7 days) of product arrival. If the order is not picked up within the week, customer may be subject to a storage fee. Please discuss with a representative if you are not able to pick your items up in time.
CoMo Grow Supply is not responsible for exchanging damaged or broken special order items if order is not picked up and examined within the week pick-up window.
